Information You Submit
Entries in Search Tools
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party company that operates that tool. Moore County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's practices apply once it receives the query.
Messages Sent to Us
We retain email and contact-form content as needed to read and answer a message. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Routine Technical Logs
Like most websites, our systems may record basic technical details when a page loads. These logs may contain:
- The Internet Protocol address used for the visit
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring page or site, when supplied
- Date and time stamps for requests
Cookies and Similar Storage
Cookies help measure how visitors use the site and support some functions. You can block or remove cookies through browser controls, although parts of the site may then work differently.
Reasons We Process Data

Privacy Beyond Our Pages
Links may lead to Moore County release-record custodians, the sheriff, TDCJ, federal or ICE locators, government portals, and outside search services. Each destination applies its own privacy policy after you leave this site.
Some advertising companies may use their systems to recognize activity across websites and select interest-based ads. That tracking occurs under the advertising provider's controls, not in records maintained by Moore County Released Inmates.
